8月14日(月)2017 今日は「オリジナルキャンドル」を制作しましたよ。キャンドル制作は”芯”、タコ糸を溶かした蝋に浸して、から作り出しました。なかなか本格的！
キャンドルの原料となるパラフィンワックスとクレヨンのかけらを混ぜ、それそ湯煎して、、、と工程は盛りだくさん。
溶けた色付きキャンドルを瓶に流し込んで、色の層を作っていきます。
来週は、これら色の層をもっと増やして完成させます。

Mon 14 Aug 2017 Have you made your original candle before? that I questioned for children at the beginning of the lesson. Some replied Yes and some No. Have you made your original candle before?
So, we have started to making candles today and it is a full-scale procedure. For instance, we created “wicks” by dipping slings into melted paraffin-wax as the first step in the making candle.
As you can probably predict, there are many steps to produce candles such as blending wax with a piece of crayon, for colouring, to be melted to be melted by hot water and so on.
Melted wax with colouring was poured into a jar which was repeated to generate layers.
We will layer more and more and complete the candle making next week.
