火曜キンダーキッズクラス

さて、本日はメルボルンカップ(毎年11月の第火曜に開催)という伝統のある競馬レースで、ここメルボルンでは祝日となります。

そんなメルボルンカップデーですが、アキヒロラボでは通常授業で”手と生き物”を行いました。

生徒さん、授業の最初から最後まで、しっかりと先生のお話を聞いて集中して制作ができました。

手の形を元にした”モンスター”は、目がたくさんあったり、大きな口だったりと可笑しみたっぷり。

背景も水彩の濃淡を使って描けました。

火曜プライマリーキッズクラス

このクラスでもは”手と生き物”を完成させ、残り時間でマグネット制作を行いました。

こちらの”手と生き物”は、手を 写真に取って、そのイメージ元にして”生き物”のベースの形を作りました。

主題となる”手の生き物”とその背景の間にしっかりとした明暗の差を作り、主題を引き立たせました。

そして、背景はクラス全員の共同作業として行いました。

  1. 1人一色、暗い色(青・緑・紫・茶など)を選びます。
  2. 自分の色を画用紙に塗ったら、その紙を隣の人に渡す。
  3. 隣の人は自分の色で、前の人の塗り残し部分を塗る。

この手順で背景を塗り、一周して自分の紙が戻ってきたら終わり。

最後は、作品をラミネートして完成!

The lesson content was “Hands & finger monsters” and they appeared with very engaging smiles.

Today is the Malbounre Cup day and it is a public holiday, however, we had lessons with having fun.

In the Kinder-Kids class, there was one child attending but she thoroughly tackled the tack of the lesson with a constructive conversation in between her and me.  There were many questions made from her that that’s the way to lead the better result.  The background was painted in watercolour with a range fo lightness such as light to dark, these are good for creating texture on colours.

Bleed colour into one another which happened almost everywhere in a paper.

 

In the Primary-Kids class, we also got “Hands & finger monsters” completed, and the rest of the lesson time we had some cray work.  The process of the lesson was slightly differentiated compared with the previous class, we employed photographic images of hands of students in the class.

Outline of a hand was lined and transferred to another paper for drawing, the outline became the basic figure of the monster.  On the on hand, painting the background that we had a collaborative painting by all students with watercolours.

The procedure itself was quite simple, but effective to very in the background, as follows:

  1. Sit all students in line with watercolour paints and paper.
  2. Choose one dark colour each student, such as Prussian blue, Green deep, Violet and Burnt umber and so on.
  3. Paint partially by the chosen colour with leaving blank spaces and the paper goes the person next to.
  4. Paint countinously in the paper came from the person next to.
  5. Get finished onece your paper want around and was painted by all students.

The last step in the lesson that a peice of monsters was glued on the background were laminated together.
